Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
